A relief broiler farm manager is sought to provide management cover across four established broiler farm sites in Essex. The role focuses on holiday and days-off cover, maintaining day-to-day operations and ensuring high welfare and biosecurity standards.

Candidates should have poultry experience, preferably at commercial broiler level, and hold NVQ Level 2 or equivalent. Accommodation is available, with pay in the £30,000-£40,000 range depending on experience.
