Relationship Manager Assistant Benelux

Your Role As Relationship Manager Assistant Benelux at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are not only an integral support partner to our Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) in managing the overall day-to-day business operations but also are capable of developing to become a client relationship manager eventually and you provide seamless, client-centric experiences through efficient administrative, operational, and compliance-related tasks. Your Responsibilities

• Partner with CRMs to manage overall day-to-day business
• Responding to customer enquiries by email or telephone
• Perform account openings, closings and other documentations
• Prepare client meetings and occasionally events
• Monitor client portfolios, handle client orders, handle asset maturities and corporate actions
• Deal with internal and external policies and compliance regulations including FATCA, anti-money laundering (AML), MiFID, etc.

Your Profile

• University degree in finance or completed apprenticeship or similar banking education
• 3-5 years of practical experience in the field of Private Banking
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to weigh problems and set priorities
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organizational skills and capability to work independently
• Strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability
• Fluency in Dutch; very good command in English and German; Fluency in French is a plus
