  • LOCATION(S): St Helier, Jersey
  • HOURS: Full-time
  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

The Crown Dependencies business (LBCM) is the fastest growing business in Lloyds Banking Group, making it an exciting time to join and make a real difference. We're looking for a Relationship Manager to lead client relationships in International Private Banking, supporting our growth aspirations.

You'll proactively manage and build a portfolio of customers in International Private Banking, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service that meets their financial needs, with the goal of enhancing value and profitability through increased relationship depth and reduced customer attrition.

  • Actively growing and responsibility for a portfolio of clients, nurturing close relationships, and delivering exemplary service that meets their banking and foreign exchange needs.
  • Enhancing value and profitability through increased relationship depth and reduced customer attrition.
  • Discovering opportunities to match customer needs against our products and supporting customers with our digital offering.
  • Engaging with customers to ensure optimal satisfaction and provide superior customer service.
  • Collaborating with business partners to support day-to-day management and growth of your customer portfolio.
  • Challenging processes and finding new ways of working to create a more efficient, client-focused team.
  • Developing personal capabilities through formal and informal training opportunities, while also coaching others as required.

What you'll need

  • Relationship Management:Experience managing and deepening client relationships.
  • Commercial Drive: A track record of growing client portfolios, driving growth and aligning with strategic business objectives.
  • Customer Focus:Deliver outstanding client experiences, anticipating needs, and proactively finding opportunities to add customer value.
  • Market Knowledge:Understanding and awareness of the business, economic, and market environment specific to our International Private Banking customers, with the ability to translate insights into client value.
  • Communication:Ability to communicate through verbal and written to influence and engage clients across diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
  • Risk Management:Awareness and understanding of the main risks facing the business and the role in managing them.
