Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking (Nordic Markets)

A leading financial institution is looking to hire an experienced and results oriented Relationship Manager to join their Corporate Banking division, with a focus on clients in the Nordic markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients across the Nordic region.
• Develop a deep understanding of each client's financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions, including credit, treasury, trade finance, and investment products.
• Originate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and relationship development.
• Collaborate with product specialists and internal teams to deliver high-quality client service and solutions.
• Monitor and manage credit risk within the portfolio, ensuring compliance with internal risk and regulatory policies.
• Represent the bank at industry events, client meetings, and regional conferences.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate or investment banking, preferably with exposure to Nordic clients.
• Fluent in at least one Scandinavian language (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian), in addition to English
• Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver financial solutions in a commercial banking environment.
• In depth knowledge of Nordic economic, regulatory, and market dynamics.
• High level of professionalism, commercial acumen, and client service orientation
