Relationship Manager - Commercial Mortgages

I'm delighted to be working exclusively with a well-capitalised, highly respected UK financial institution that is investing heavily in the growth of its Real Estate business.

The business is looking to appoint a new Relationship Manager as it continues to expand nationally.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business at an early stage of its growth, offering genuine influence, autonomy and long-term career progression, whilst benefiting from the security and resources of an established financial services group.

Responsibilities

You'll have full ownership of the customer journey, including:

• Originating new lending opportunities
• Structuring commercial mortgage facilities
• Managing applications through to completion
• Customer onboarding
• Ongoing relationship management and portfolio ownership

Initially, you'll benefit from a strong pipeline of internally generated referrals, before developing your own external broker and introducer relationships.

Qualifications / Experience

You'll ideally have experience within:

• Commercial property lending
• Relationship management
• Commercial mortgage origination
• Structuring lending transactions
• Broker and professional introducer relationship development
• Managing deals from enquiry through to completion
