Reintegration Support Coach - Criminal Justice

Homeless Link is seeking a Support Coach to assist residents recently released from prison at their new Independent Approved Premises in Elephant and Castle, London. The successful candidate will help residents reintegrate into the community by creating tailored support plans and provide tools for life skills while ensuring safety and wellbeing.
