Reintegration Education Officer for Medical Absence

Hertfordshire County Council is recruiting a Reintegration and Education Officer to coordinate educational support for medically absent students. Based primarily at Hemel Hempstead with travel to schools, you will lead planning meetings and work with schools, health professionals and families to promote reintegration.

You will support the ESMA Teaching Service, ensuring appropriate education formats and timely return to school, while upholding safeguarding and Disability Confident commitments.
