Rehabilitation Nurse: Drive Recovery & Independence

Wight Healthcare is seeking an experienced or newly qualified nurse to deliver outstanding patient care on our rehabilitation wards in the Western Community Hospital, Southampton. The role focuses on level 3 physical rehabilitation and helping patients regain independence and rehab potential.

Keats Ward and Conan Doyle Ward form part of our specialist rehabilitation unit. Admissions include transfer of care from acute wards or step-up referrals via community teams to prevent acute admissions.
