Grade C: £32,471 (National) or £38,143 (London - for London office based or home-based workers within the boundary of the M25)- There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £581 per annum for those working from home. Please note for part time roles - this will be pro rata.
Contracted Hours:Full time 37 hours per week. Parttime, job share, condensed and flexible hours will be considered

The role
You'll be key in helping us deliver our work and you will work closely with others to deliver shared outcomes. In this role, you'll:
- Build trusted relationships: Act as the first point of contact for providers and local groups, gathering insights that inform how we assess care quality and safety.
- Support regulatory activity: Assist Inspectors in assessing service quality and safety, share learning, ensure accurate data collection, and respond to information in a timely way.
- Champion people's voices: Ensure that the experiences of people who use services are central to our regulatory work.
