Our client, a major UK retail bank, provides every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.
On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Regulatory Change - (Regulatory Rules Mapping/Traceability) for a 6 month contract based in London/Edinburgh -Hybrid (6 times in a month).
Purpose of the role:
As a Regulatory Change - (Regulatory Rules Mapping/Traceability), you'll play a key role in shaping and continuously improving a range of digital features within a core strategic product. You'll capture, validate, and document business and system requirements, ensuring they align with our strategic principles. Your work will provide valuable insights into current tools, offering guidance and support to users, while collaborating with Risk partners to deliver enhancements aligned with the product roadmap.What you'll do:
- Foster engagement by facilitating user group forums to understand current and future needs against the roadmap.
- Support users with existing and new features through inclusive training sessions.
- Collaborate on defining our digital product strategy internally and with our vendor, ensuring it meets diverse user needs.
- Own and manage the product backlog, including writing clear, high-quality user stories and prioritizing effectively.
- Understand user needs and connect them to future-state designs that enhance accessibility and usability.
- Create and execute test scenarios and scripts at various project stages to validate solution design.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and provide guidance to business users during execution.
The skills you'll need:
- Prior experience in rules mapping/regulatory obligations mapping. (Essential)
- Exposure in regulatory traceability. (Essential)
- Previous experience in Conduct and compliance frameworks. (Essential)
- Previous experience in Financial or banking industry. (Essential)
