In this role, you will lead a small team and help make sure course information is accurate and ready for students, staff and our partner organisations. You will plan and organise the team's work, support colleagues, and help keep important processes running smoothly.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who is ready to take the next step into a team leadership role.
What You will Do
As a Co-ordinator, you will:
- Lead and support a small team of administrators
- Plan and organise the team's work to make sure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
- Help prepare course information for each academic year, so it is ready for student recruitment and module registration
- Work with colleagues across the University to support the development and approval of new and existing courses
- Support the Registry Operations Manager to improve processes and maintain a high-quality service
- Monitor the team's work and help identify ways to make processes simpler and more effective
- Build positive working relationships with colleagues across the University and our partner organisations
