Job Description

Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a Registered Service Manager to lead the development of Supported Accommodation and Supported Lodgings for 16-25s in Solihull. You will oversee training flats, comply with OFSTED standards, and work with Children's and Adult Care teams to deliver high-quality, safe care.

You will line-manage Floating Support Workers, deliver the Service's regulatory documents, and ensure the team is staffed to meet required standards while supporting young people
