I am currently looking for an experienced Registered Service Manager in Plymouth who specialises in adult learning disabilities and complex care to take on a residential service with a fantastic organisation that specialises in homes for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and ongoing mental health problems.

The position would be covering a 7 bed service with a "good" rated CQC report. Due to the nature of this position Registered Service Manager candidates must have previous experience of being a registered manager in a residential or supported living service as well as a strong background in care for adults with learning disabilities.

As the registered manager candidates would be responsible for the day to day running of the service, compliance, safeguarding and staff management. Within the home there is an excellent support system in place with deputy manager and team leaders along with the care assistants.

Registered Service Manager Requirements

• Previous home management experience
• CQC Registered
• NVQ5 or working towards
• Excellent knowledge of LD care
• Experience of working with challenging behaviour (preferable)
• Strong leadership skills
