Registered Psychologist
Description Southampton Wellbeing Centre is looking to recruit a Registered Psychologist to join the team. This role is available in both part-time and full-time capacities, and the hours can vary based on the centre's requirements.
At Priory Wellbeing Centre Southampton, we can provide fast access to flexible and convenient outpatient treatment. This includes treatment for a range of mental health conditions, including treatment for depression, anxiety, stress, addictions, eating disorders and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). We also offer a dedicated child and adolescent mental health service (CAMHS), to support young people.
What you'll be doing You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As a Psychologist, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.

We're looking for someone who ideally has at least three years of experience working in an outpatient service and is trained in the ADOS and ADI-R. To be considered for this role, you must hold current HCPC registration.

You will also;
- Provide 1:1 support to young people
- Support the autism diagnostic service for adults, young people, and children
- Manage your own caseload independently
- Work closely with the wider team to deliver an exceptional standard of care and service
