As a Registered Nurse (RGN) at Awel Y Mor Care Home in Gorseinon, a Barchester complex care home, you'll use your compassion and experience to help deliver the exceptional levels of care and support the organization is known for. Main duties of the job

In this role, you'll take the time to listen to our patients and provide and supervise the delivery of excellent nursing care. You'll be responsible for producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, and have a good understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. You'll pride yourself on your person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing.

ABOUT YOUTo join us as a Registered Nurse (RGN), you'll need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices, particularly in relation to dementia. Person Specification Qualifications
