A home, not just a serviceBradbury House is a unique and exceptional nursing facility catering to 24 individuals with a diverse range of complex physical disabilities and sensory impairments. Our residents may have conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI) resulting from accidents or strokes, Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, Pitt-Hopkins Syndrome, and more. The home boasts an array of amenities and services, including access to the local community, a sensory garden and room, beauty therapy options, pet therapy, and a rich variety of engaging activities. Bradbury House is only care home in the area for young people with complex physical disabilities and maintaining a person-centred approach. Our welcoming and homely environment, diverse activities, and the presence of a highly skilled and dedicated team further distinguish Bradbury House as a top choice for individuals seeking comprehensive care and support in the region.
We offer occasional hours
Typical shifts Day shifts7.45am - 8:15pm, 7.45am - 2:15pm, 1:45pm - 8:15pm
Night shifts7.45pm - 2:15pm

Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.
What you'll do- Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate personalised care plans
- Lead, supervise and support a team of care staff
- Administer and manage medicines safely
- Provide nursing support in line with NMC guidelines and best practice
- Monitor health and wellbeing, responding quickly to any changes
- Support daily living tasks, promoting independence, dignity and choice
- Liaise with families, health professionals and other agencies
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements
Whether you're newly qualified or have years of experience, you'll receive full induction, training, and ongoing professional development.

- Experience in disability, residential or complex care nursing (advantageous but not essential)
