We're a welcoming care home in Christchurch providing dementia, nursing, residential, respite and palliative care. Our focus is simple: knowing our residents as individuals and supporting our staff to deliver care they can feel proud of.
The roleWe're looking for a Registered Nurse to join our day team, working 36 hours per week.
You'll play a key clinical role on shift, delivering person-centred nursing care while supporting and guiding care colleagues. You'll have the trust and autonomy to lead with confidence, backed by a supportive management team and a stable, experienced staff group.
Key responsibilities include:- Delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing care
- Completing clinical assessments and personalised care plans
- Leading by example and supporting colleagues on shift
- Ensuring care meets CQC standards and best practice
- Building positive relationships with residents and families
You'll be a Registered Nurse who values people as much as process.
You'll bring:
- At least 1 years' experience as a Registered Nurse
- Experience working with older people in a social care or healthcare setting
- A good understanding of CQC standards
- Confidence to lead, organise and make sound clinical decisions
- Strong communication and basic IT skills
- A flexible, team-focused approach
- £24.21 per hour
