Registered Nurse

Salary: £21.53 Per Hour + Paid Breaks + Yearly Pay Reviews

Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire

Hours: 1x 36 Days Available

HCR is assisting an award-winning provider dedicated to providing exceptional homely care across 50+ nursing homes nationwide with plans to expand in 2025. We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with an active NMC pin; nursing home experience is essential.

The nursing home is split over 2 units with no more than 28 beds per unit, complemented by exceptional staffing ratios. Registered Nurses working here can be assured they will always have plenty of support available.

Responsibilities

To ensure safe nursing care is being provided
To ensure all documentation such as care planning, risk assessments are always maintained
To effectively communicate and lead the team of care assistants

Requirements

Active NMC pin
Experience in nursing homes
Effective communication skills
Proficient in documentation
