Highwood Care Home is a brand-new, purpose-built luxury care home in the beautiful and historic port town of Bideford. We provide Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care for up to 67 residents in a welcoming and homely environment.

Due to our continued growth and the opening of our next floor, we are expanding our team and looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a newly commissioned home and help shape its success from the ground up!

Your Role - Make a Difference Every Day

As a Nurse, you'll be at the heart of our residents' care, leading with compassion and clinical expertise to create a safe, nurturing environment. Your dayswill be filled with purpose as you:

• Lead & Inspire - Guide and support a skilled night team, ensuring residents receive the highest quality care.
• Personalise Care - Work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to craft and implement tailored care plans.
• Deliver Excellence - Monitor health conditions, administer medications, and uphold the highest clinical standards.
• Hands-On Support - Provide direct care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being.
