Registered Nurse

We are recruiting a Critical Care or Intensive Care Unit/Complex Care Nurse with a flexible approach to join our team. The role involves rotating across over Nurse-led care packages in Dorset and Hampshire. This full-time position requires a candidate who has substantial experience in managing tracheostomies, operating ventilation equipment, and handling PEG feeding tubes. The ideal candidate will be adept at delivering high-quality care in these specialised areas, ensuring the well-being and safety of our patients.

The successful candidate in this role must be:

Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Passionate and empathetic.

Driving licence is essential.

Extensive experience in ICU or patients with complex needs in the community.

Proof of your right to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities includes:

Tracheostomy care and ventilation

Operating equipment such as ventilators, suction machines, cough assist machine, enteral pumps and others.

Administration of medications

Be able to cover/float around our Nurse-led packages in Poole, Dorset and Southampton, Hampshire.
