Job Description
Mayflower Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to lead shifts and deliver clinically led care. You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medications and monitor changes in health while guiding the care team with strong communication.
