Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) - Nursing Home

Location: Betws-y-Coed area, Conwy

Pay Rate: £21.00 - £22.50 per hour (dependent on experience), plus enhanced rates for unsociable hours (after 5pm, nights, weekends, and bank holidays)

Hours: 36 hours per week Full-Time or Part-Time Permanent

Breaks: Paid

An established nursing home with a "Good" CIW rating is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a supportive clinical team delivering high-quality care within a small, focused service.

The Role

• Deliver high-quality nursing and person-centred care
• Lead and support the care team on shift
• Carry out clinical assessments, care planning, and medication management
• Maintain accurate records and ensure CIW compliance
• Support residents with complex nursing and long-term care needs

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
• Previous experience in a nursing home or similar setting (preferred)
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and person-centred approach
• Sponsorship not available
