Job Description
Komplex Community in Droitwich is seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to provide care to clients with complex needs in their own homes, develop and review tailored care plans, and deliver clinical assessments.
You will lead and supervise care staff, coordinate with MDTs and families, deliver specialist training, and contribute to governance meetings, upholding dignity and independence.
