We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team in Birmingham, at a renowned healthcare facility set in the charming suburb of Edgbaston. Our hospital, nestled in beautiful surroundings, offers easy access to both the city centre and the West Midlands motorway network, making it a convenient and appealing place to work. With a diverse array of mental health services across seven wards, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic and integrated care to our patients. This full-time position comes with a competitive salary ranging from £36,176 to £38,596 annually.

- Deliver prescribed care to a defined group within an agreed framework.
- Assess, plan, and deliver nursing care that respects patient choice and wishes, while acting as their named nurse.
- Accurately observe and engage patients, assess their needs, and evaluate their progress.
- Monitor and review Nursing Care Plans effectively.
- Respond proactively to changes in patients' condition and needs.
- Handle suggestions and complaints from patients and families with professionalism.
- Collaborate as part of a team in a multi-disciplinary environment to provide patient care.
- Participate in meetings and clinical supervision, and act as a mentor to newly qualified staff.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and the requirements of the Mental Health Capacity Act.
- Adhere to Medicines Management policies and NMC Code.
