Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Middlesborough
Salary: Starting at £55,000, with potential to earn up to £65,000 through KPI achievements
Working Hours: 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm
Service: Ofsted Regulated Children's Home
Service Users: 3 Bed LD Home
Qualifications Required: Level 5 Leadership and Management or working towards
Experience in Years: Minimum 2 years in the last 5 years
Employment Type: Permanent

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager who is passionate about providing bespoke care packages to meet the needs of vulnerable children and young people.

• Candidates must hold a Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification (or be working towards it)
• Must be a car driver
• Experience with Clear Care, our recording and monitoring system, is desirable

• Company Size: A small independent provider
• Number of Homes: Specialises in Solo Residential Care Homes with 2 Homes in the company
• Progression Opportunity: Yes - with 2 more homes due to open in 2025
• Qualification Opportunity: Access to L5 if not complete
• Track Record with Ofsted: A Good track record with Ofsted is desirable
• Future Plans: Committed to providing high-quality care for children and young people, with measured growth to ensure quality is always delivered
