Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester

Salary: £53,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm

Employment: Full time, Permanent

The service is a 35 bedded care home in Bolton, currently 30 occupancy, with strong scope for growth.

• Lead the overall management and day to day running of the home.
• Maintain full CQC compliance and quality standards.
• Oversee occupancy growth, staffing, and operational performance.
• Lead, develop, and support the nursing and care team.
• Manage clinical governance, audits, and care planning.
• Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and commissioners.

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN (essential).
• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a care home setting.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and governance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Sponsorship not available.

• £53,000 per annum.
