Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a five-bed Children's Complex Care home, currently supporting two children. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a specialist service and drive high standards of care and compliance.

You will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the home, ensuring safe, therapeutic, and child-centred care. A key expectation is to achieve and maintain a minimum "Good" Ofsted rating, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
