Hiring: Registered Manager (Children's Residential) Berwick £55,000 - £60,000

We are seeking a resilient and experienced Registered Manager to take the helm of our residential service in Berwick-upon-Tweed.

The Role:

• Overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home.

• Ensuring full compliance with Children's Homes Regulations 2015.

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of dedicated Support Workers.

• Managing budgets and local authority relationships.

The Essentials:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare).

• In-depth knowledge of Ofsted inspection frameworks.

• Strong emotional intelligence and crisis management skills.
