Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Care Home Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our care home and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall leadership and management of the care home
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safeguarding, and quality standards
• Lead, support, and develop the staff team
• Maintain high standards of care, safety, and resident wellbeing
• Manage inspections, audits, and continuous improvement
• Oversee occupancy, budgets, and operational performance

About You:

• Registered (or eligible to register) with the relevant regulatory body
• Proven experience managing a residential or nursing care home
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Good knowledge of care regulations and inspections
• Committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care

Desirable:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
