Day and Respite Service Promoting Health, Ensuring Care
Are you a compassionate and experienced leader ready to make a real difference in people s lives?
We re looking for a Registered Manager to lead our day and respite services for adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, and autism. You ll be responsible for ensuring high-quality, person-centred care across our community-based day services and overnight respite home in Wiltshire.
This is a vital role where you ll be accountable for meeting Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, supporting staff, and ensuring services are safe, responsive, and empowering. You ll work closely with families, carers, and professionals to deliver care that promotes independence and supports people to live a good life.
You ll need a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), experience managing services for adults with disabilities, and a strong understanding of CQC regulations. You ll also need to be flexible, confident in managing risk, and committed to leading by example.
Hours per week: 37 hours
