Registered Manager - Nursing Care Home

Location: Aberdeen area, Aberdeenshire

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week Full Time, Permanent

Role

• Lead the overall management and day-to-day running of the home
• Oversee regulatory compliance, clinical governance, and quality assurance
• Manage occupancy, staffing, and operational performance
• Lead and develop the nursing and care team

Qualifications & Experience

• NMC registered Nurse with an active PIN (essential)
• Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a care home
• Strong knowledge of Care Inspectorate standards
• Local to the area
• Sponsorship not available
