Portman Recruitment is representing a client in recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new 2-bed children's residential home in Westhoughton, Greater Manchester.

You will drive registration, mobilise the service and recruit and develop a new staff team while establishing a positive, child centred culture with high standards of care and safeguarding, ready for Ofsted.
