The Role

• Run the home care service as the CQC Registered Manager
• Lead the operational team and drive day to day performance
• Grow the service through private client acquisition and business development
• Ensure full CQC compliance and high quality, person centred care
• Build relationships with families, professionals, and local stakeholders
• Manage rotas, recruitment, training, and quality assurance

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary/home care
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and safeguardingConfident, autonomous leader with a business development mindset
• Sponsorship not available
