Registered Manager - Residential Care Home - Worthing BN11, West Sussex

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (Negotiable) + Performance Bonus.

Location: Worthing, West Sussex (BN11).

Hours: Full-Time, 40 Hours (Monday - Friday).

Setting: Boutique, small-scale residential home (Seaside location).

Employer: Established, family-owned Sussex care group (5 local sites).
