Location: Slough, Berkshire Salary: £36,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Hours: Full-Time, Permanent

An established care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a growing domiciliary care service in the Slough area. The service currently delivers around 2,000 care hours per week, predominantly through local authority contracts, and benefits from a strong, established team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
• Oversee delivery of approximately 2,000 care hours per week
• Ensure full CQC compliance and high-quality, person-centred care
• Lead, develop, and support the existing care and office team
• Maintain and grow local authority relationships and contracts
• Drive business development and service growth
• Manage care planning, rotas, and quality assurance

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care
• Supported living experience
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care
• Strong CQC compliance experience and good business development skills
• Experience across elderly, dementia, mental health, and complex care
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Sponsorship not available
