Location: Guildford, Surrey

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Hours: Full Time, Permanent

Start: ASAP

Responsibilities

• Lead the day to day running of the Guildford branch and head office.
• Oversee delivery of approximately 600 care hours per week (local authority and private mix).
• Ensure full CQC compliance and delivery of person centred care.
• Lead and develop the care and office team.
• Drive service growth and manage rotas, care planning and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
• Strong CQC and regulatory knowledge.
• Experience with both local authority and private clients.
• Full UK working rights; sponsorship not available.
