Job Title: Registered Manager - Children's Home

Location: Leicester
Salary: £51,500 per annum + £7,500 Welcome Bonus
Working Hour: 37.5 hours per week
Service: Children's Home
Service Users: YPs - EBD, SEMH, Trauma, CSE, CCE
Qualifications Required:

  • Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young People's Workforce

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Residential Children's Services (or willingness to complete)
    Experience in Years Required: Extensive experience in children's residential care management
    Employment Type: Permanent Full Time

An experienced and passionate Registered Manager who can lead a warm, safe, and nurturing children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care and positive outcomes for children and young people.

You will:

  • Manage a welcoming and supportive home environment

  • Ensure full compliance with Children's Homes Regulations

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing staff team

  • Manage budgets, resources, and the home environment effectively

  • Safeguard young people and work closely with external professionals

  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure the Statement of Purpose is delivered
