We're looking for a dynamic and dedicated Registered Manager to lead one of our eight Children's Homes; this role is based in Exeter. You'll be at the heart of a committed team within Devon's Children's Social Care, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment for children and young people.
Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding care and support.
- Ensure the home operates in line with individual care plans and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with professionals across services to achieve the best outcomes.
- Champion a child-centred approach and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Experience managing a children's home and creating a warm, welcoming environment.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and management skills.
- A deep understanding of high-quality care, safeguarding, and quality assurance.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Childcare legislation, Ofsted regulations, and the Children's Homes Regulations 2015.
- A QCF Level 5 diploma (or willingness to undertake it).
- A full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and business insurance.
