Full Time - 45 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a Children's Home in Warrington.

This is a key leadership role suited to someone with previous management experience who can oversee the day-to-day running of the home, lead the staff team effectively, and ensure high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance are maintained at all times.

You will play an important part in creating a safe, stable, and supportive environment for children and young people, while driving positive outcomes and maintaining a well-run service.

The role will include:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the Children's Home
• Leading, supporting, and developing the staff team
• Ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and relevant legislation
• Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and care
• Driving positive outcomes for children and young people
• Overseeing staffing, performance, and operational delivery

To be considered, you must have:

• Previous Manager experience
• Experience within a Children's Residential setting
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Good knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory requirements
• A commitment to delivering high-quality care
