Qualifications Required
  • Must hold Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Must hold or have started Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
Experience Required
  • Experience working within Children's Residential Homes
  • Strong Deputy Manager ready for progression or experienced Registered Manager
  • Proven track record of Good or Outstanding Ofsted reports (Deputy Managers must evidence contribution under previous Registered Manager)

Who we are looking for

A confident and capable leader ready to register and establish a new 4-bed EBD service.

  • Demonstrate experience contributing to Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
  • Be willing to travel to the head office in Pontefract for managers' meetings and interview
  • Be within commutable distance of Doncaster (DN9 area)
  • Declare any disciplinaries or failed fit person applications
  • Be aligned with the advertised salary in line with their experience and knowledge
