Overview

Job Title: Registered Manager

Location: Stockton-On-Tees

Salary: £49,965.30 per annum + £5,000 OTE Bonus

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Hourly Rate: Equivalent to £23.99 per hour

Service: Children's Home

Service Users: Young people with EBD, Trauma, CSE, Neglect

Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards within 6 months)

Experience in Years Required: 2+ years in residential childcare, including 1 year in a supervisory role

  • Type of YPs: EBD, Trauma, Neglect, CSE
  • Ofsted Rating: Not yet rated
  • Ratio of staff to children: High staffing ratio to ensure quality care and stability
