Registered Home Manager - Well-Established Care Home

Location: Newport Salary: £45,000-£50,000

I am seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Home Manager to lead a well-established and reputable nursing and residential home located near Newport. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, forward-thinking leader who is passionate about delivering high quality care and driving positive outcomes for residents and staff.

The service is a smaller service specialising in the care of the elderly with dementia.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience managing elderly focused residential homes
• NVQ5 in Leadership and Management
• Strong understanding of CIW regulations, compliance requirements, and inspection processes
• Demonstrated ability to improve CIW ratings from Requires Improvement to Good, or maintain consistent Good ratings
• Experience managing and developing a large, multidisciplinary team
• Ability to promote and sustain a positive staffing culture, with a focus on retention, morale, and professional growth
