Bristol based Registered Home Manager required for an award winning care provider for their service in Bristol, a 50 bed Dementia focused nursing home. Non nurse managers with a background in nursing homes or a registered nurse manager with experience in dementia care are encouraged to apply.

Our client is a developing care provider who requires an experienced Home Manager in the Bristol area. The Owner is looking to recruit a Registered Home Manager to take ownership of their 50 bed nursing home providing specialist clinical and dementia care. We are looking for a passionate, experienced registered manager who has previous experience of being registered with CQC, either as a nurse or non-nurse.

Job Requirements for Nursing Home Manager:

1. Overall responsibility of the home
2. Staff management/appraisals/training
3. Care plans/reviews/meetings
4. Budgets/business development/marketing

Skills/Qualifications for Registered Home Manager:

1. Proven track record of successful home management
2. RGN/RMN with a valid NMC PIN or nursing home management experience
3. IT literate, competent and accurate
4. Hands on practical approach, dynamic & enthusiastic
5. Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
