Registered Home Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Home Manager to join a well-established home care services provider.

This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a starting salary of £55,000.

As a Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading a (LD) Residential 3-bedroom home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering exceptional care and support to residents.

They will also consider Deputy Managers.

What We Are Looking For:

1. Previously worked as a Registered Manager, Home Manager, Care Manager, Children's Home Manager, Deputy Manager, or in a similar role.
2. Minimum of 2 years experience as a Deputy Manager.
3. Experience working in a children's residential setting.
4. Enrolment on a Level 5 qualification.
5. Strong leadership and organisational skills.
