Nursing Home Management opportunity available with a family run provider in South Wales for their service in Haverfordwest
Our client is a developing care provider who require an experienced Nursing Home Manager in the Haverfordwest area.
The Owner is looking to recruit a Registered Home Manager to take ownership of their 38 bed nursing home providing specialist care and dementia care. We are looking for a passionate, experienced registered manager who has previous experience of being registered with CIW.
Job Requirements for Registered Home Manager:- Overall responsibility of the home
- Staff management/appraisals/training
- Care plans/reviews/meetings
- Budgets/business development/marketing
- Proven track record of successful home
- home management experience
- Ideally nurse registered but would consider non nurse managers
- Hands on practical approach, Dynamic & Enthusiastic
- Sound knowledge of CIW and Care Standards
