Are you ready to complete, or already hold, the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Children and Young People's Residential Management) within three years of starting?
Do you have at least two years' experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior Residential Childcare Worker, along with strong knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and staff supervision? If so, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

The RoleAs Registered Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of a children's home, ensuring compliance with the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards. You'll inspire and lead your team to deliver exceptional care, focusing on the wellbeing, safety, and development of every child.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, mentoring, and developing staff to ensure excellent childcare practice.
Managing rotas, budgets, and administrative processes effectively.
Ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and regulatory requirements.
Building a positive and supportive workplace culture that encourages professional growth.
Working closely with local authorities, schools, and families to achieve the best outcomes for children and young people.
We're looking for someone who brings:
Strong leadership skills and a child-centred approach.
Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and the Children's Homes Regulations.
Experience in managing teams, budgets, and operational responsibilities.
A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or a commitment to achieve it within three years).
