We are seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to be the CQC Registered Manager for our domiciliary care service. This senior leadership role carries regulatory responsibility and requires someone with proven experience of achieving and maintaining high CQC ratings.

As Registered Manager, you will be accountable to CQC for the quality and safety of services, and will lead our team to deliver outstanding care.

What you'll be doing
  • Acting as the CQC Registered Manager for the service
  • Full accountability for service quality and regulatory compliance
  • Leading the branch to achieve and maintain Outstanding CQC rating
  • Strategic planning and business development
  • Managing all aspects of the branch including P&L responsibility
  • Ensuring robust governance, audit and quality systems
  • Leading on safeguarding and serious incident management
  • Representing the company with external stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures

Hours
Full-time, typically Monday to Friday, Flexibility required including some evening/weekend as needed, On-call responsibility
