Registered Care Manager - Domiciliary Care

Location: Chingford / Loughton

Salary: From £40,000 per annum + performance-based bonus

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm + on-call Full-Time, Permanent

An established home care provider is seeking a Registered Care Manager to lead the day to day operations of a well regarded branch. The service delivers around 300 hours of private care per week, plus 2-3 live in care clients, and is CQC rated "Good".

Responsibilities

• Lead day to day running of the domiciliary and live in care service
• Ensure full CQC compliance and person centred care
• Manage rotas, care planning, and quality assurance
• Lead and develop the care and office team
• Build relationships with private clients, families, and professionals

Qualifications

• Experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or Care Coordinator ready to step up
• Strong CQC and safeguarding knowledge
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available
