Registered Branch Manager - Multi-Site Supported Living

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered Branch Manager to lead our Dorset supported living services from the Christchurch branch. You will travel monthly to services to support teams and ensure high-quality, person-centred care while managing a high-performing, fully staffed branch.

Responsibilities include overseeing Coordinators, Field Supervisors and Support Workers, maintaining strong compliance, and leading quality assurance and operational planning with a safety-first approach.
