About Your New Job

As a Project Architect, you will take a leading role in the design and delivery of projects primarily based in Dublin, while remaining flexible to work on projects in adjacent sectors as needed.
You will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, producing and coordinating technical documentation from initial concept through to completion.
The role requires some travel to the Dundalk office, could be 2 days in one week for team meetings (not a regular occurance), collaboration, and project reviews.
You will ensure all work meets Irish Building Regulations, relevant planning requirements, and client objectives, across residential, healthcare, education, and the occasional exciting, unconventional project.

What Skills You Need

Registered Architect with 5+ years' post-registration experience.
Strong portfolio of project delivery, ideally across residential, healthcare, and education sectors.
Demonstrable proficiency in Revit or equivalent BIM software and producing comprehensive technical documentation.
In-depth knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, planning, and construction processes.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently in Dublin, while effectively collaborating with colleagues based in Dundalk.
Flexibility to travel to the Dundalk office up to 2 days per week when needed.
